Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached. Custom or made-to-measure items are final sale and not eligible for return. To start a return, contact our team with your order number.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If your item is eligible for return and we have the size in stock, we’ll gladly exchange it. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment options including mobile money, debit/credit cards, and Paystack. All transactions are secure and encrypted for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t entered production or shipping, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production starts, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. Some limited-edition or made-to-order items are available for pre-order. Expected delivery times will be clearly noted on the product page.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. We also list model sizes and fit notes on each product page to help you choose the right size.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Yes. Our clothing is cut to standard sizing, and we recommend ordering your usual size unless otherwise stated in the product description.
What if I’m between sizes?
If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort, especially for fitted styles. Our team can also guide you — just send us your measurements and the product you're interested in.
Can I return or exchange if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, as long as it meets our return policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned within 14 days. We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item was faulty.
